Autozyme Calcium 100 Diagnostic Reagent

In Arsenazo III method the absorbance of the Ca-Arsenazo III complex is measured dichromatically at 660/700 nm. Autozyme Calcium normal values range from 8.5 to 10.2 mg/dL (2.13 to 2.55 millimole/L).

Principle
Calcium with Arsenazo III at neutral pH yields a blue coloured complex. The intensity of the color formed is directly proportional to calcium concentration.

Quality Control
