About
HbA1c 4 level calibrator is intended to be used for the quality control check during the determination of HbA1c using Accurex HbA1c reagent kit.
Principle
Each lyophilized HbA1c control should be reconstituted by adding 0.5 ml of distilled or deionized water. Close the vial and dissolve the contents by swirling gently to avoid formation of foam. Do not shake. Allow it to stand for 20 minutes before use. The controls should be treated in the same manner as patient’s specimens for the preparation of hemolysate.
Reconstituted HbA1c controls are stable for 30 days at 2° – 8°C.
