Principle

Specimen Collection & Preservation Collect sample using standard sampling tube. Serum is the specimen of choice. Urine samples (24 hrs) should be diluted appropriately before use. Creatinine in samples is stable for 24 hours if stored at 20-8°C.

Procedure

Autopure Glucose (Hexokinase) can be used on various automated analyzers.
