(ADA) assay. Unopened calibrator is stable when stored at 2 – 80C until the expiration date printed on the vial label.
Possible infectious agents in materials used for formulating the calibrator have been inactivated. However, all biological products should still be handled in accordance with good laboratory practices using appropriate precautions to avoid transmission of any infectious diseases.

About
ADA Calibrator is intended to be used for the calibration of Accurex Adenosine deaminase (ADA) assay.
Principle
Lyophilized ADA Calibrator should be reconstituted by adding 1.0 ml of distilled or deionized water. Close the vial and dissolve the contents of the vial by swirling gently to avoid formation of foam. Do not shake. Allow it to stand for 20 minutes before use. Reconstituted ADA Calibrator is stable for 7 days at 2° – 8°C.
Procedure
- Calibrator should be used to analyze patient samples in accordance with the instructions outlined in Accurex ADA reagent package insert.
- Refer to the instrument manufacturer’s recommendation for calibration frequency.
Quality Control
- For in vitro diagnostic use.
- Do not pipette by mouth.
