Direction for Use

Step 1

Add 4 drops of Reagent 1 (red) and 4 drops of Reagent 2 (colorless) into the extraction tube. Mix gently. The solution changes from red to yellow.

Step 2

Insert the throat swab into the extraction tube. Rotate the swab 15 times and leave it in the solution for 1 minute.

Step 3

Press the swab against the side of the tube while removing it to extract the sample completely. Discard the swab.

Step 4

Insert the dipstick into the extraction tube with the arrows pointing downward.

Step 5

Wait 5 minutes before reading the result.

Step 6

Interpret the results:

  • Positive: Both Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear.
  • Negative: Only the Control (C) line appears.
  • Invalid: No Control (C) line appears. Repeat the test using a new device.
