Educational Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Prior experience in training coordination or HR is a plus.
– Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage employee training schedules.
2. Assist in the development of training materials.
3. Maintain and update our Learning Management System (LMS).
4. Monitor employee performance post-training.
5. Assist in assessing training needs through surveys and consultations.
