Sr. R&D Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior R&D Executive with 2–5 years of experience in biochemistry reagent development and hands-on expertise in semi-automated and fully automated analyzers. The role involves developing, optimizing, and validating clinical chemistry reagents while ensuring seamless performance on analyzer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize biochemistry reagents (enzymatic, colorimetric, and turbidimetric assays).
• Conduct method development, calibration, and validation of assays.
• Ensure reagent compatibility with semi-auto and fully automated analyzers.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analyzer instruments.
• Perform stability studies and improve reagent shelf-life.
• Prepare technical documentation (SOPs, validation reports, batch records).
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for smooth technology transfer.
• Support new product development and continuous product improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in IVD / diagnostics industry.
• Hands-on experience in clinical chemistry reagent development.
• Experience with semi-auto and fully automated analyzers is essential.
