Application Specialist

Job Overview

Accurex is actively looking for a driven Application Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic objectives by ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of diagnostic testing procedures and application support on third-party instrument, all aligned with our organizational mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Tests, troubleshoots, corrects, and uses diagnostic tools and utilities to resolve application problems. Escalates issues to vendors and works with vendors for solutions.
• Answers queries and resolve issues with applications and escalates or closes tickets as necessary.
• Works with technical staff, customer representatives, vendors and contractors to resolve problems and to provide application consulting and assistance with planning activities and end user support.

Qualification

DMLT/BSMLT B.Sc. MSc. with Clinical Laboratory or Application experience
