Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Application Specialist to support our diagnostic and laboratory equipment. The role involves providing product training, demonstrations, technical support, and ensuring effective utilization of products by customers to enhance satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product demonstrations, installations, and application support at customer sites.
- Train customers, laboratory staff, and internal sales teams on product usage and workflows.
- Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical support activities.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with service teams when required.
- Support validation, calibration, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct product trials and evaluations at customer locations.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and training materials.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the product and sales team.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and promotional activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
