Accurex is looking for a result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the South region, specifically across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. The RSM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of Diagnostic Specialists, building distributor networks, and expanding the company’s presence in the region.
Job Description
- Achieve regional Primary and Secondary Sales targets – state-wise, product-wise & volume-wise.
- Appoint, manage, and develop a network of distributors and channel partners across the region.
- Recruit, train, and monitor a team of Diagnostic Specialists / Area Sales Executives.
- Conduct joint fieldwork with team members to guide and mentor them in customer handling.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners and customers.
- Monitor inventory, order flow, and product availability at the distributor level.
- Execute product promotional strategies, schemes, and marketing campaigns in the region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, hospitals, pathology labs, and diagnostic centers.
- Monitor competitor activities, schemes, pricing, and report the same to the leadership team.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, expenses, and other data as per company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, logistics, and service for customer satisfaction.

Salary
Up to ₹8 LPA (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, and will fall within the specified range)
