Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing Purchase Orders and getting approval of the same
- Follow-up with the Vendors for materials on time.
- Ensuring that required materials are available depending upon their re-order levels
- Negotiate with new vendors for the best quote.
- Prepare comparative quotes.
- Coordinating and managing all administrative, contractual, and operational aspects of the purchase function
