Sr. Production Executive

Job Overview

Accurex is looking for a highly skilled Sr. Production Executive to oversee and manage the production of Biochemistry IVD products. The role is critical in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, adherence to MDR-2017, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements, while achieving production targets with uncompromised product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute manufacturing operations in line with demand forecasts.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Coordinate with Stores, QC, QA, and Dispatch for seamless production flow.
• Oversee manufacturing of Biochemistry reagents as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Monitor in-process quality parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production documentation in compliance with MDR-2017 and ISO 13485.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff to maintain performance and compliance standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance yield, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
• Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Salary

7 LPA (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, and will fall within the specified range)
