Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead and drive the company’s overall sales operations across regions. This role is responsible for revenue growth, national sales strategy, distributor network expansion, and leading high-performing regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive national sales strategy to achieve primary and secondary sales targets across all regions
- Develop and implement long-term business plans to expand market share and strengthen brand presence.
- Lead, manage, and mentor Regional Managers / Area Sales Managers and large field sales teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, channel partners, and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and expansion areas.
- Monitor regional performance and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives at a national level.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure strong financial discipline, including pricing strategies, margins, collections, and receivables management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D) for business growth.
- Review sales forecasts, MIS reports, and KPIs to track and improve performance.
