Job Overview
Accurex Biomedical is looking for a strategic and experienced National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead our Pan-India sales operations. This leadership role is responsible for developing national-level strategies, driving revenue growth, overseeing regional teams, managing key accounts and distributor networks, and aligning field sales execution with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to Regional Sales Managers and field teams across India.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business intelligence to support strategic decisions.
- Drive performance through target setting, performance tracking, and regular team reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans.
- Implement CRM systems and ensure reporting discipline and forecasting accuracy.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in all sales operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IVD / Medical Devices / Diagnostics sales, including 5+ years in a national or zonal leadership role.
- Proven success in managing large sales teams and distributor networks across regions.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead strategy and execution across diverse geographies.
- Willingness to travel frequently as per business requirements.
- Proficiency in data-driven sales management, CRM, and performance analytics.

Salary
