Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager with Lab Diagnostic to drive sales and foster strategic partnerships with Hospital and Labs in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a strong understanding of point-of-care diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets in the diagnostic and healthcare sectors. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with labs, hospitals, and healthcare providers. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, lab managers, and healthcare professionals. Leverage lab technologist experience to provide expert guidance on diagnostic products, services, and technologies. Offer product training and support to clients, ensuring optimal usage and satisfaction. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiations and contract management. Coordinate with all teams in lab, including negotiating with procurement Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, technical support, and admin teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Prepare regular reports on business performance, sales metrics, and market feedback for management review. Salary
Upto 5.5 to 6 LPA (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, and will fall within the specified range)
