Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist in performance management processes and appraisals.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR audits and support administrative HR tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR functions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
