Job Overview
As an Executive Assistant you play a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to one or more executives within an organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared for upcoming events by providing necessary information and materials.
- Assist the MD in delegating tasks to relevant team members, follow up on assignments, and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research on various topics as directed by the MD to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files, databases, and records. Retrieve and present information when required.
- Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, ensuring all arrangements are efficient and cost-effective. Manage monthly budget for travel expenses
- Handle and manage MD’s Bills and payments.
