Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Support Admin Executive to join our team at Accurex. This pivotal role involves spearheading customer relationship initiatives to align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will contribute to help resolve customer related complaints quickly by coordinating internally with teams to give customer product replacements and revert on time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and approvals for pick up etc to be coordinated
  • Ensuring customer gets feedback on faulty kits within TAT
  • Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. 
  • Follow up with QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
  • Claim Settlement for non technical issues of customers
  • Going on field for solving the complaints when required

Salary
