Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Accurex. This pivotal role involves spearheading customer relationship initiatives to align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic development and execution of customer-centric programs, ensuring alignment with our overall goals and fostering positive client interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry and approvals for pick up etc to be coordinated
- Ensuring customer gets feedback on faulty kits within TAT
- Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. Follow up with the QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
- Going on the field for solving the complaints
- Claim Settlement
