Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager / Business Development Manager to drive sales and foster strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies in Mumbai and South India. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a strong understanding of point-of-care diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain key accounts within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our point-of-care diagnostic solutions and address customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing managers and decision-makers, within pharmaceutical companies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or key account management, with at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
