Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, manage teams, and strengthen relationships with channel partners and key business accounts across the North Zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor the company’s sales strategies and quality objectives across the assigned zone.
  • Achieve, monitor, and review team sales targets, including volume, product-wise, and group-wise performance.
  • Conduct field training and assess on-the-job performance while acting as a coach and mentor to the team.
  • Develop and maintain productive, long-term business relationships with major business accounts.
  • Appoint channel partners and periodically assess and review their performance.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and availability of product inventory with channel partners.
  • Identify training requirements and organize regular training programs for channel partners in alignment with company strategies and quality objectives.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and statutory documents from C&FAs and other stakeholders through Team Leaders.
  • Create and implement local sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Maintain healthy, professional, and productive relationships with channel partners.
  • Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing promotional strategies.
  • Provide inputs to the Research & Development (R&D) team for the development and improvement of new and existing products.
  • Gather competitor information and share relevant market insights with the Head Office.
  • Drive the achievement of both primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Ensure timely payments from C&FAs to the company.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer and distributor databases.
  • Manage vacancies and coach Team Leaders as required.
  • Conduct new product-related activities, including product launches, market surveys, and customer surveys.
  • Manage the team through effective training, motivation, recruitment, and attrition management.

Salary

Up to ₹13–15 LPA (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, and will fall within the specified range)
