We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Accurex. This pivotal role involves spearheading customer relationship initiatives to align with our organisational objectives. The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic development and execution of customer-centric programs, ensuring alignment with our overall goals and fostering positive client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers.
  • Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions or services to meet
  • those needs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and
  • satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively.
  • Keeping accurate records of interactions with customers.
  • Timely follow-up for due payments from distributors
