• Experience with HR Compliance, Labour Laws, Payroll Management, and Policy Implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
