Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our diagnostics product portfolio. The role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product success, revenue growth, and market expansion in the IVD space.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution of key initiatives
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer need assessment
- Identify new product opportunities and enhancements to strengthen market position
- Work closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
- Drive product launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Enable the sales team through product training, tools, and marketing collateral
- Monitor product performance through KPIs such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments
