Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator for our HR department. This entry-level role is integral to the development and execution of training programs aligned with organizational goals. “Investing in employee training is investing in the future of our organization.”
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage employee training schedules.
- Assist in the development of training materials.
- Maintain and update our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor employee performance post-training.
- Assist in assessing training needs through surveys and consultations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in training coordination or HR is a plus
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
