Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator for our HR department. This entry-level role is integral to the development and execution of training programs aligned with organizational goals. “Investing in employee training is investing in the future of our organization.”

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage employee training schedules.
  • Assist in the development of training materials.
  • Maintain and update our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor employee performance post-training.
  • Assist in assessing training needs through surveys and consultations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in training coordination or HR is a plus
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
