Field Sales Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Officer to join our team. Freshers with basic sales understanding and strong communication skills are welcome. Experienced candidates with IVD/diagnostics sales knowledge will be preferred. The role involves product promotion, customer visits, and meeting sales targets. Willingness to travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and visit path labs, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets.
• Promote and demonstrate IVD products (Instruments & Reagents)
• Manage distributor networks and ensure smooth order flow.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Ensure timely payment collection and account management.
• Participate in CMEs, demos, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Provide daily reporting and market feedback.
