Job Overview
Accurex is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator & Customer Relationship Executive to support sales operations and strengthen client relationships. The role focuses on seamless coordination, timely follow-ups, and delivering excellent service to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers.
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions or services to meet those needs.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Keeping accurate records of interactions with customers.
- Timely follow-up for due payments from distributors
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Organize and support sales meetings, events, and activities.
- Generate sales reports and assist in data analysis.
- Calculate and manage sales team travel expenses and incentives.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
