Accurex is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Area Sales Manager to strengthen its market presence and drive sales growth. The role focuses on managing sales operations, distributor relationships, achieving business targets, and leading the field sales team in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Manage and support distributors and channel partners effectively
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Conduct regular field visits to key customers, labs, and hospitals
- Drive product promotions, demos, and new product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS as required
