Job Overview
As a Vendor Management Specialist at Accurex, responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring that services and products meet the organization’s quality, cost, and delivery standards. This role involves strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize vendor resources.
Key Responsibilities
- To facilitate and maintain relationships between Accurex and vendors/partners.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers for new products and exisiting products
- Ensuring vendors get their payments on time as per their payment terms
- Maintaining sufficient inventory by negociating for on time delivery
- Ensuring vendor compliance with company standards
- Studying import data to get imported products costing to compare
- Using the internet to get prices

Salary
Upto 2.5 LPA To 3.5 LPA (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, and will fall within the specified range)
