Senior IQC Engineer

Job Overview

To manage the Instruments QC department effectively along with other 2 Engineers

Key Responsibilities

1 Performing quality check of analyzers & POC instruments/meters as per SOPs guidelines.
2 Check & verify the number of RSR pending due to spare unavailability.
3 Warranty claim of RSR spares from principals.
4 Making list of defective spares and follow up to return the spares at the factory.
5 Technical support to field service engineer/HO/factory team
6 Training support to newly recruited engineers/QC trainees
7 Other associated work and documentation
8 Breakdown and servicing of factory installation
9 New Machine Evaluation along with R&D
10 Service call attendance in emergency for local installation up to Mumbai
11 Repairing and refurbishing of Field returned instruments and POC analyzers.

Experience

3 to 4 years of Experience in a similar industry as a service engineer or QC Engineer or relevant experience in a similar industry

Salary

Upto 3.5 LPA (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, and will fall within the specified range)
