·         Will be responsible for co-coordinating the activities of a group focused on the research and/or development related to diagnostics market.

  • Develops technical strategies to address project requirements.
  • Defines all project tasks and works with reports to manage the work required to meet project milestones.
  • Co-coordinating  experimental designs to ensure they are appropriate
  • Reviews data, protocols and reports to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Analyzes associated lines of investigation and devise methods to resolve problems.
  • Actively collaborate with other R&D groups and functional areas to meet project requirements.
  • Maintains project documentations in accordance with internal and external requirements. 
  • Represents the company in project and technology presentations to external groups.
  • Experience in Diagnostic Product Development
  • Ability to draft and edit technical documents such as technical reports, and QC specifications.
  • Good understanding of Scientific Method experimental design and statistical analysis
  • Ability to design both standard and factorial experiments appropriate for research
  • Ability to analyze complex data and come to valid scientific conclusions
  • Ability to give presentations on diverse topics to groups both internally and externally
