Job Description :

·         Will be responsible for co-coordinating the activities of a group focused on the research and/or development related to diagnostics market.

  • Develops technical strategies to address project requirements.
  • Defines all project tasks and works with reports to manage the work required to meet project milestones.
  • Co-coordinating  experimental designs to ensure they are appropriate
  • Reviews data, protocols and reports to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Troubleshooting/ Solving customer’s queries like as applications, QC queries etc
  • Helping to our field staff (Junior team as well as Managers) for solving their queries at customer’s place, like as applications, QC queries etc

  • Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. Follow up with QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
